Jim's Success Story

Jim comes into Studio 18A for 45 min. sessions. He likes to be in & out w/zest - although after savasana....well those of you who have benefited from deep relaxation know what being calm, cool & collected is all about.
Following placement of 2 cardiac, arterial stents Jim decided yoga would benefit his health & heart. Jim's doctor appointments indicate his improvements. As an older adult Jim appreciates the balance work, deep stretching & has really improved his breathing technique - not to mention continually improving his golf game. Yoga movement, balancing & stretching really is helping!
