“I was a college athlete who recently transferred and stopped just about all work outs. I wanted to slim and tone because I had stopped playing I didn’t need those big muscles anymore! Brittany designed a workout for six weeks with a new set of movements each week. I loved that every set was different and it never felt repetitive like practice usually did! I loved working with her and she was so easy to talk to during the workouts and was very flexible, so if something didn’t feel quite right she would modify it especially for me. It felt very personalized and she even sent me all the workouts we had done together after our sessions ended, so that I could use them moving forward. I stopped only because I went back to school! I had great results and noticed a good amount of sliming in my thighs and arms, which were my trouble spots:). Brittany was fantastic, punctual, and so energetic.
