I have been training with Sara O’Leary at So Fitness for 3 years. Before coming to So Fitness, I had not exercised regularly for over 5 years plus my diet was a major “carb fest”. My doctor suggested that I try resistance training to increase my energy level and help with osteopenia due to menopause. In addition; I needed to lose some weight!

Sara loves being a personal trainer and it shows. She is very pleasant and makes fitness fun and is flexible with scheduling workouts for her clients. She changes my program constantly so that “boredom” does not become an obstacle. Since I tend to slack off on “cardio”, Sara manages to work cardio into the program so that I get a total workout. She not only helps you work toward and achieve your initial goals, but adapts to the new goals you make for yourself as you progress.

Personal training is one of the best investments I have ever made because it never stops producing results! I have also added a 30 minute Pilates class to my workout. An added benefit would be – NEW CLOTHES!
