I refuse to quit

Sarah's Success Story

Because of juggling life, children, and working nights I use to always have an excuse. Kaye made me realize that the only way I'd be around for my children was if I started making changes. She didn't push me for GIANT ones right away. At first she taught me how to clean up my eating. Especially since I work nights. Then how to listen to my body. Some days I just don't have the energy I need to even get through the day. Through accountability and encouragement I've learned that it doesn't have to be an ALL or NOTHING approach. I can go for a 30 minute walk or weight training session vs trying to fit an hour long sweat session and wearing myself out even more. I have had numerous setbacks but with her humor, constant engagement, and listening ear she's always there to make sure I keep seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
