William Cook

I have been a home personal trainer for older adults for serveral years. I received my degree from Colorado State University in Health and Exercise Science. During this time I volunteered with Poudre valley Hospital Outpatient Center learning how to apply my school knowledge to real life situations. I also worked as a home care provider, during my college years, where half of my job was balance training with older adults. I am now applying all three experiences delivering home exercise specialist services.
