Hello, I am Willie L Bradberry Jr,
I graduated from Delta State University where I earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Physical Education and Recreation/Dance with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Family & Consumer Sciences - Nutrition/Dietetics. As an athlete, from playing collegiate to semi pro football, I have watched my body go through numerous changes. There have been times where I have had to lose 10 to 30 pounds, or to gain 10 to 30 pounds at a time. This helped me to understand that proper dieting and exercise were very essential for living a healthy lifestyle. I have 10 years of experience in health education, special population fitness, wellness coaching, hydro fitness and fitness instruction for corporate and individual clients. I truly desire to work with people to help them accomplish a healthy and balanced lifestyle! Each client can expect to receive the correct teachings on proper weight loss, form, muscle building, muscle tone, core, cardiovascular and nutrition. As a client, expect actual results because I am committed to YOUR commitment, willpower, and ambitions! My personal training philosophy goes beyond simply going through the motion and counting repetitions. It is about deciding to change your life and taking the essential steps to make it happen. I practice a ‘whole body’ approach so that my clients will see and feel the benefits of training with a Personal Trainer. Weight loss and over all fitness is a journey. A journey into the new you. A new you of mental and physical wellness. Everyone has different aspirations, and I realize that each person needs individualized workouts that will stimulate their curiosity, promote enthusiasm, and provide results. Motivation comes from results! Results come from a well-executed plan! I am here with a plan to help you through this fitness journey.
