Vanessa teaches in studios, community centers, and privately. Vanessa is espeically loving toddler yoga and baby yoga at her local library these days because she gets to bring her kids! Vanessa also teaches adult and prenatal classes. In addition to 200 hours of yoga teacher training, Vanessa has also received training in children's yoga and attunement for reiki 1. With her company, The Wildrose Project, Vanessa offers other events and workshops with reiki, massage, meditation, and more.
