I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and avid outdoor enthusiast who loves what the Northwest has to offer. I enjoy cross training safely during the week so I can fully experience recreational sports at any time during any season. I believe that we are designed to live with the freedom to perform functional movements like squatting, lunging, twisting, pushing, and pulling which are vital to remaining healthy in everyday life, from home gardening to athletics. My training style includes a combination of functional movement, corrective exercise, and yoga.

Tyler is AMAZING and knows just how to create a realistic exercise routine for his clients. He starts with a base line of your total current fitness level (including balance, strength and endurance). Not only is he encouraging, supportive, knowledgable but he knows how to make it fun even for those of us 50+. Yes, you can teach us old dogs a few new tricks.

Tyler excels at personalizing training to individual needs. He is encouraging, challenging, and consistently ensures a safe workout. I look forward to working out each week, something I never thought would happen especially at my age and with physical constraints. Tyler's knowledge and skills (and great personality) have increased my confidence, strength, and balance.
