I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I also am an NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist which allows me to emphasize injury prevention, assess and address muscular imbalances, and assist clients coming out of physical therapy. I am enthusiastic about what I do and love to help others achieve their fitness goals through science and encouragement! In a group setting, I have taught LesMills BodyCombat, Yoga, Pilates Mat and Barre, and SilverSneakers programs. As a personal trainer, I have led many small group classes in the HIIT format utilizing functional equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, battle ropes, BOSU balls, medicine balls, etc. I have completed Level 2 training of YogaFit and offer both intermediate and beginner yoga classes. I am also a certified Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Trainer, able to coach clients through habit-based behavior change. Most recently, I have become an ACE Certified Health Coach as well!
