Tonia Smith is a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE & NETA), Certified Health Coach (ACE), E-RYT200 / RYT500 / YACEP Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), Group Fitness Instructor (ACE), Certified Health Education Specialist (NCHEC), and Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner based in Cincinnati, Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati and is currently completing internship rotations to become a Registered Dietitian.
Tonia's company, Good Green Life®, LLC, promotes wellness through plant-based nutrition, fitness, yoga, meditation, Reiki, ecofriendly living, and tobacco cessation. She is the creator of Move Over Parkinson's® fitness classes which are designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination and strength for people living with Parkinson’s Disease.
Tonia manages a Health Promotion and Worksite Wellness program for a local health department and heads a coalition which works to improve health outcomes and advance health equity in underserved communities.
In 2016, she was honored with the CCTST Community Health Advocate Award for demonstrating excellence, leadership, and a passion for improving health.
