I will customize your workout program toward your specific goals and needs. I will make your workouts fresh and fun every time. I will work with you to-improve muscle tone by reducing unwanted body fat, correct muscular imbalances, increase your cardiovascular endurance and increase your body’s lean muscle mass. All of witch will increase your metabolism. I will keep records of your weight, body fat% and measurements. I will also calculate your daily calories and give you nutrition guidance. You will keep a food log on an app that I give you and we will review it weekly. You will be giving work outs to perform on the days we are not together. These workout will change every 4-6 weeks.
