Teresa has helped me for several years with my nutrition - Motorcycle Road Racing demands 15-30 minute bursts of sustained exertion while covered head to toe in protective gear, often in high temperatures. After I started working with Teresa, my stamina improved dramatically, and I was able to take advantage of others' fatigue especially in longer races.
At the same time, she was able to adjust the 'ideal' diet to one that accommodates the challenges of storing and preparing foods at the track and the limited availability of some foods in a rural area.
