Looking for a full hour workout where you can focus on endurance, strength and power?! You will wear a heart rate monitor in class so you can see the 5 different heart rate zones that we work in. You are instructed by one of our certified coaches the entire time. Class activities include rowing, treadmills, free weights, TRX bands, and much more!!
