Tana has been my yoga instructor for many months. She is great!!!! Tana knows yoga, she knows how to help you with complicated poses, so you won't cause injury to yourself. I always feel great after her yoga classes.

Tana has continuously impressed me with her teaching ability, professionalism, and ability to motivate her students. I had the pleasure of being in her yoga class and found that it made me feel strong and energized. Tana has a wonderful blend of personality and skill and will no doubt continue to grow in her fitness career while positively influencing anyone with whom she works.
