Providing Yoga and other wellness classes, programs and workshops in the Surprise area since 2009. Experience with private, semi-private and on-site corporate settings. I hold current E-RYT200 Yoga Certification and YAECP with Yoga Alliance and is a Certified personal Trainer. Will earn RYT-500 in August 2021. I have advanced specialty training and certification in I AM Yoga Nidra. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, I also possess experience in all areas of business such as contract negotiations, marketing, advertising, business finances, and brand management.

I have experience instructing Yoga in many class styles (Yin, Restorative, Gentle, Flow, chair, senior, pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra) and formats, in-person, virtually, small & large group, and corporate. I teach from an alignment-based approach where everyone can feel the benefits of Yoga. Every ‘body’ is different, and what works for one person may not for the other. I honor the diversity of my students and present all subject matter inclusively, providing modifications and adjustments when needed. By taking a whole-body approach, I can teach awareness of fluctuations in body, breath and mind. When a student learns to listen to their body, the student becomes better able fit the needs of today’s body.
