I've been a professional health and fitness consultant in CA for over 30 years, having started in the industry as a bodybuilder when women's bodybuilding was in its infancy. My specialties include yoga, pilates, strength training, core conditioning, functional training, group fitness, boot camp, senior fitness, power training, post-rehabilitation, and sports-specific conditioning- and herbology and alternative healing modalities. My philosophy on fitness has always been holistic and balanced. I presently work out of a private studio in my home in the gorgeous El Dorado County foothills, in addition to various corporate fitness sites.

    Sue offers lunchtime exercise classes during the week at a government agency. I make a point to never miss her classes because they are a very worthwhile way to spend 45 minutes to an hour. Sue offers a variety of classes, from yoga and pilates to core conditioning and cardio. Participants benefit in a big way from her extensive knowledge of fitness training. She exposes attendees to a selection of exercise equipment, from yoga props to medicine balls; she most recently added BOSUs to the mix. The equipment adds effectiveness and interest to the experience. Sue is also careful to demonstrate a variety of training levels to accommodate all participants. Her classes are always challenging, and with a commitment to the effort, the payoff is improved balance, flexibility, toning and endurance. I'm hooked!

    Sue has been my personal trainer for 4 years now. I am a senior citizen and my focus is gaining stability and increasing my range of motion. Working out with Sue has helped me a great deal in both areas. She's always able to find modifications on exercises and puts together great programs for me. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

    I have been working out with Sue for a little over 5 years and highly recommend her as a personal trainer and as an instructor. She really knows what she's doing and uses a lot of creativity in her programs and classes; I never get bored. Sue is also good at knowing just how much to push me and extremely positive and motivating. I've worked out with other trainers in the past but I've never been able to get the results I've achieve with the help of Sue.

    I've attended Sue's yoga classes for nearly a year. She is an awesome instructor. Her classes are challenging yet she is always careful to suggest modifications to moves that may be too advanced. Recently I decided to participate in a fitness challenge hike. Sue became my personal trainer and developed a 5 week program of strengrh and endurance exercises to prepare my 60 year old body for the task. Two weeks to go, but I've gone from doubting I could do it, to being very confident I can!
