Michelle is an excellent personal trainer and fitness instructor! I have been taking her Boot Camp fitness class for over 1 year. The class is intense, but I am so much stronger thanks to her training. She explains how to do the exercises correctly and lets me know if I am doing an exercise incorrectly. I also take her yoga class and I feel AMAZING when I am done. I know that Michelle will help me with lifestyle and weight management. She has been helping me work on that lately. While it is not comfortable being weighed and hearing that I have more work to do at the gym, Michelle is giving me the advice that I need for health and wellness. I highly recommend her as an instructor and lifestyle coach.
