Shelly Gonzales

Hi there! Thank you for visiting my Fitness Connect profile. My name is Shelly Gonzales. I am so excited to spread the knowledge that I've accrued over the past 12+ years that I've been active in the fitness industry. My husband, Chuck and I are proud to be the owners of Pacific Personal Training/CrossFit Hillsboro- Washington County, Oregon's only fitness studio with nationally certified personal trainers, certified strength and conditioning specialists, and certified CrossFit instructors.
When I'm not spreading the gospel of fitness, I am completely immersed in my full-time job as mommy to 3 amazing kids. I am a Christian woman, a wife, mother, sister, daughter, who lives life to teach and to touch.
