    I'll tell you now, Sarah is way above and beyond the fitness level that you're at at this point in your life. I was worried when I started this boot camp of hers that I wouldn't be able to make it through the first hour long course and boy was I right. About five minutes into it I was doubled over, couldn't breathe... It felt awful. The next day I couldn't walk and all my coworkers were making fun of me for being so stiff. I was out of shape.

    But you know what? I had a smile on my face that whole next day. I made it THERE and that was the biggest step I had to take. I worked out that whole first week, made it to every class, and that following Monday right before I was about to head out for the first day of week two I jumped on the scale.

    Seven pounds less.

    Now I'm a big guy and everyone seems to believe that weight can fall off males easier than females, but even I was amazed. How did that happen in just one week?

    I'll have to admit, I did cheat on week two a bit and missed a few days (I had to work super late a few nights and valued my sleep for the next morning) but instead of catching heck when I made it the next day, I get a, "Welcome back let's get started." Sarah understands and works around your schedule.

    I like to weigh in on Monday mornings when I'm not full of water or breakfast so it catches me at my lowest weight of the day. Jumping on twice a day everyday would discourage me because of the fluctuations it can show. Halfway through week three I jumped on to take a sneak peek and see where I was. What I saw had my jaw on the floor...

    11.6 pounds gone in two and a half weeks.

    I can attribute this all to Sarah's rigorous training program. She is also a nutrition buff as well and while I could still eat whatever I want, she gave us the information to make informed choices during our day that would help us raise our metabolism to help burn calories easier.

    Today marks the end of week three. I don't know what I weigh right now and I'm not going to go stand on the scale because I want that feeling of excitement for myself when Monday morning rolls around. Know that I've been drenched in sweat after that hour long workout every day this week - I can guarantee I'm down some more and I'm only halfway through the six week program.

    Sarah will show you different workout methods of the same set so if you were like me in the beginning, you can take it easier until you build your strength up. If your wrist/knee/ankle hurts she will show you a different way to stretch and move that works the same muscles. If you are so worn out and beat up mid-way through your set... Take a break, you won't get harassed or looked down on for trying to better yourself. You took that first step and you're out jumping around in the grass and enjoying the morning air.

    I've never wrote a review or testimonial for anything before and I hope I've done this one justice. Sarah knows how to help people get what they want: I've lost weight, learned more about nutrition, met some new friends, felt more awake and alive during the day... This has really been a fun experience for me and I can't recommend her program enough.

    I guess the one thing I hate is that I have to take that extra twenty seconds in the morning to put a belt on now. Only downside to my morning I suppose.

    Sarah is an amazing trainer! She is encouraging, inspiring and yet pushes you to your limit. I was intimidated by the idea of a boot camp type training but now I can't wait for it to start each night.
