We all have our strengths and weaknesses. My strength has always been in health and fitness. I pass my strength on to my clients and love watching them excel. I believe in a holistic approach to personal training. I am not just showing my clients how to work out, but how to change their whole fitness paradigm. When you decide to change your life, I mean REALLY change your life, it's not easy. Old habits creep in, quick fixes are a dime a dozen. You may be feeling uncoordinated,frustrated about being out of breath or tired. My job is to give you direction and a plan to get you to your target.
