We all have our strengths and weaknesses. My strength has always been in health and fitness. I pass my strength on to my clients and love watching them excel. I believe in a holistic approach to personal training. I am not just showing my clients how to work out, but how to change their whole fitness paradigm. When you decide to change your life, I mean REALLY change your life, it's not easy. Old habits creep in, quick fixes are a dime a dozen. You may be feeling uncoordinated,frustrated about being out of breath or tired. My job is to give you direction and a plan to get you to your target.

    Ok, I approached Ryan's class with a bit of trepidation because I'm not a physical guy or athletic in any way, but Ryan was very reassuring and helped me feel I could make a real life change. The work out is hard but not over-reaching and his coaching is very supportive. Ryan has a way that makes one feel confident and capable. I always look forward to the TRX workout and I can see why he attracts people who want to make a difference in thier lives.

    Outdoor yoga with Ryan gets two thumbs up. Very nice to be out in nature doing yoga. Ryan is a great yoga instructor. Very thorough and clear in his practice and instruction. I highly recommend him.

    Ryan is a instructor who focus is to better your health and wellbeing. His personal training is instructional and I always leave my sessions feeling stronger and more flexible. As a new convert to sport yoga, I really enjoy it, it loosens up my body and the kettlebell sessions make me stronger. Now that I've gone 'kettlebell' the gym just doesn't seem to cut it anymore.

    Ryan is a fantastic instructor and trainer. At his Sports Yoga Classes, I always get a great workout and learn something new everytime I attend his classes. Ryan constantly takes extra time to make sure that the people in his class are comfortable with the poses and are doing them correctly so they can get the maximum benefits from that particular pose. As a person that is new to yoga, I find this extremely helpful and encouraging, It makes yoga not seem so daunting. If you are new to yoga or even training, I highly recommend contacting Ryan.

    Amazing intructor! I have been training with Ryan for over three months now and have already noticed considerable strength gain and muscle tone. Ryan takes his time to explain every aspect of my workout routine and always makes it a point to encourage his clients. His knowledge and expertise in training have allowed him identify my strengths and weaknesses. The emphasis of my training is through Kettlebell lifting and TRX workouts which I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get out of the old gym routine.
