I wanted to thank you for starting me on my weight loss journey to change my life style to a healthier one. I have started a serious food change for the better and a personal exercise routine a few times a week. I gained a few pounds I feel going on vacation for the holidays but I now weigh 114 lbs…that is with the holiday weight. I am more tone than ever and love my arms and body.
