I studied and became certified in 2007 in a Anusara style. I integrate stress management, thru techniques like Tai Chi, Qi Gong, to release deeper stress. Also am experienced with clients recovering from joint replacement surgery. I utilize Yin Yoga postures thru out the year, but especially in the Fall & Winter seasons to help students with grounding & recovery from th more active Spring/summer seasons. I have been a Persoanl Trainer, (since 1992), & a Strength coach at the Collegiate & high school levels. I focus on using HIIT techniques with most of my healthy clients, but I also address structural,biomechanical issues from poor postures & overuse. I have earned a Brown Belt in Kung Fu from Gangi Martial arts systems. Most recently, I have been studying Qi Gong & Yin Yoga as stategies to address our society's incredible levels of mental & emotional stresses. I utilize these techniques in all my private sessions & corporate yoga classes.
