Renee has an infectious spirit! Her energy is endless as is her desire to help you achieve your fitness goals. Renee will encourage and push you hard while her sense of humor keeps a smile on your face. She is a great instructor to have on any fitness journey!

If you want a fun, high energy workout, then look no further. Renee is a true professional at everything she does. I have gone to some classes where I kept thinking when is it going to end. This does NOT happen in Renee's classes because of her out-going, fun personality. She makes the class fun and makes you want to give it your all. You are having so much fun that the time just flies by.

Renee ROCKS! She's not only seriously motivated to work her body.. she's seriously motivated to help YOU help yourself. She's professional yet also is FUN!

Renee has a fascinating fitness and wellness journey and she can relate to every participant!
