After years of interest in the practice of yoga, Pat finally took to the mat in 2011 as away to both relax and strengthen his body. As he began a regular practice, Pat quicklydiscovered the endless spiritual and physical benefits of yoga. His practice became atime and space to understand, challenge, accept, and celebrate his body. Pat?s journeyas a yoga teacher began in 2016 as he studied under Kim Manfredi at Charm City Yogafor his 200-hour teacher training. As a teacher, Pat strives to empower his students todiscover what yoga means for their own lives, on and off the mat. His classes offerstudents the opportunity to connect deeply with their whole self while learning aboutproper alignment and posturing, through an energizing and challenging meditative flow.
