Olivia most recently managed a yoga studio in Haverhill MA and continues to teach at other local studios. Olivia?s classes are heart-centered and focus on breath. Her practice is grounded in the belief: ?breathe and everything changes?.Insured through Philadelphia Insurance CompaniesCPR/AED CertifiedI first met Olivia by a recommendation from a mutual yoga teacher friend. Olivia was looking for someone to substitute for her when she took a rare hour off from an incredibly packed schedule. When I walked into the studio to meet her, the first thing I noticed was Olivia?s ability to put all at ease with her sense of calm, joy, and playfulness. Her depth of knowledge of not only the yoga postures, but also of anatomy, breath work, and mental health, makes a class with her something you will carry into your daily life. From building blocks, to advanced asanas (poses), from injured athletes to children, she brings a sense of play and belonging that will make you want to come back for more.-Lisa D.I am so grateful for the skills you taught me in a short amount of time. I have done yoga on and off most of my adult life, but taking your classes gave me the confidence and appreciation of yoga to start practicing regularly.-Michelle M.I've been taking classes with Olivia for nearly two years and she is the reason I have stayed at the studio for so long. Her knowledge of stretches and ways to strengthen areas where I have injuries and am weak in has really helped me strengthen and learn to care for my body in a way that brings relief from pain. She is super at making each class about who may be attending and what their needs are, although she always has a plan for where the class will go. She always greets us with a smile and we've become like a 'coffee group' that is comfortable and friendly. I look forward to seeing everyone each time we have class. Not to mention, her playlist is always fun and really adds to the theme and mood of the classes.?-Paula A.Before starting yoga with Olivia, I had never done yoga before. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Not only did Olivia make me feel comfortable, but she also made it a lot of fun. She never makes you feel that you have to do anything that is out of your means, but at the same time, pushes you to new limits. I look forward to my sessions with Olivia.-Kerri G.Yoga sessions are helping me regain my flexibility. Working with Olivia really allows me to bring my mind, body, and soul back into balance, especially with working and being on the road all day. I always leave with a sense of peace and calm.-Michael M.
