After gaining 75 pounds, I was frustrated, insecure and tired of being unhappy. I decided to change my habits and take charge of my life. One of my goals was to become more active! I tried group fitness classes and after a few sessions I noticed a positive change – my self-confidence grew, I had more energy, and over the next few months, I was losing inches and weight! I found a new love: Fitness!! I changed careers and became a Personal Trainer.
I had spent the last 6 years out of shape but I turned it around and I can help you do the same.
My personal philosophy when it comes to exercise is it should be fun, challenging, and bring you results. I use a very motivating and personal training style. If you are looking to jump start your fitness, break a plateau or lose weight, I can help! Whether you want one on one or group sessions, the time we spend together is all about you, your goals, and I will be teaching and showing you how to reach them.

When I am not training, I enjoy camping, hiking, shopping (what girl doesn’t?!), traveling with my husband, playing volleyball and spending time with friends and family. I am married to my husband, Garret and we have a tea-cup yorkshire terrier named Kia.
