    AWESOME is too small a word to describe how FAB-U-LUS I feel (& look) since working with Coach Monique. Her total focus is on the goals and needs of her client. Although she brings with her a strong fitness methodology, she listens to YOUR words and YOUR body and tailors a program to meet both your needs AND how you like to workout. (I HATE the ghought of jumping around doing aerobics) I like that she is not wedded to a particular path to fitness. As you can see from her credentials, she can teach many fitness diciplines. I am using her for weight & strength training.

    Results: Without dieting, I have lost 10 pounds and dropped from a size 14 to a size 8 jeans. WITHOUT DIETING!!! These results are due SOLELY to working out twice per week with Coach Monique.

    Her temperment: Depending on your needs, Monique can be your motivator/confessor, cheerleader or drill seargent, but she is always the consumate professional. In 4 months, she has never been late or been a no-show.

    Monique's goal is to show you HOW to workout so that you can eventually do it on your own. I know that she cannot "stay with me forever", but when the time comes, I KNOW that she's put me on a path to working out correctly and efficiently. She's taught me how to have a productive workout and to listen to my body.

    Do not HESITATE to let Coach Monique lead you on the path to fitness. It is the BEST investment that you can make in yourself.
