I live in a small town in Northern Utah. I am a wife, a mother, a grammy:-) I feel so very blessed to get to do what I do for a living. Wow! Crazy life - I am currently teaching at 3 different gyms in 3 different towns:-) I teach 13 classes a week not including weekends. Michelle is simply amazing: fantastic person, mover, motivator, instructor, educator and presenter. A true gem! Get in on one of her classes or trainings, for sure!

Michelle has been my inspiration since I met her. Her incredible energy and positive mental attitude is contagious. She is a well organized presenter who really knows her stuff. Attend one of her classes/trainings and be prepared to be blown away!
