Michelle Fetterer believes that each practice is a celebration of where you are, what you can do, and the journey that is life. She earned a degree in Health Promotion/Wellness and went on to spend 11 years teaching all kinds of group fitness and wellness programs in corporate fitness centers. She stepped away from that to pursue other interests, though remained active in ways that helped her connect to her body. She tried several different styles of yoga but nothing clicked until she was inspired to give it one more solid attempt and fell in love with it. She realized she’d missed teaching and received her RYT-200 certification through Sama.
Michelle’s personal practice has created a stronger, flexible and resilient body that helps her enjoy skiing, walking, and moving with more ease. Her mental and spiritual practice has helped her find balance and presence in her life. She loves helping people connect with their own body to live more fully in it, find their center and bring peace and joy to their own lives. She believes that through the practice of movement, alignment, breath, and insight, each of us can unlock our potential to live mindful, joy-filled lives.
