My focus is on fitness for health, not body image. Offering virtual and in-person one-to-one and semi-private personal training and group fitness classes in a variety of disciplines including HIIT/Tabata metabolic training, cardio conditioning, classical-eclectic Hatha yoga, mat Pilates and functional strength, flexibility and balance training. In-person training located at your choice of home, office, on-site fitness facility or neutral outdoor location. Virtual training offered via Zoom, Google Hangouts or Skype.

*Rates note: Rate listed below is for one-to-one in-person personal training. Semi-private/small group in-person personal training sessions ($50/client) have a 4 person maximum to ensure an individualized experience for each participating client. Lower rates are available for virtual personal training. Group fitness/yoga classes ($10/participant) are intended for a minimum of 5 participants.
