Meghan Lee has been a Fitness Professional in NYC for over a decade.
Athletic since childhood, Meg is NASM certified in Personal training,
Behavior Change, Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement
training. She is also a certified Yoga instructor, teaching a range of
classes from Bootcamp and Circuit training to Barre Method/Fusion
classes and a range of yoga styles. Throughout her fitness career,
since 2006, she has worked for popular companies with different
approaches to fitness, not to exclude her own private client base.
From creating programming and workshops, running bootcamps, to
collaborating, creating and advising exercise prescriptions and
wellness programs, she has had the privilege of working with all ages
and body types, gaining crucial hands on experience in post injury
rehab, de-escalating/eliminating chronic tightness and pain,
prenatal/postnatal exercise, as well as managing a solid range of
health limitations and orthopedic issues.
Her extensive group class experience has helped her cultivate a class
setting designed to accommodate all levels — from the seasoned athlete
to the novice beginner — generating a memorable mind/body connection
and personal challenge, improved cardiovascular and muscular
endurance, strength, balance, flexibility, core stability and self
care. No matter what personal obstacles clients face, Meg is committed
to giving the quality, individualized personal attention each client
needs to help them get the most out of their training.
