Mark Harrison has been practicing yoga since the early 90's and more recently added Pilates to his practice. Yoga was recommended to Mark as a way to relieve stress and improve his breathing. Mark has taught yoga at several studios and health clubs in the area since 2002 and at Fullerton College since 2007. Mark teaches Vinyasa flow yoga, a more accessible and improvisational form of yoga grounded in the principles of the Krishnamacharya traditions, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga. Mark's approach to Pilates is grounded in a classic approach. Mark has grown to appreciate just how much yoga and Pilates complement each other and this is reflected in his teaching style.
