Over the years, I have taken several classes from Lynn. I enjoy them thoroughly; always feel refreshed after each class. I attended a yoga retreat Lynn sponsored, and at that retreat, I learned so much more than just yoga and various poses; I learned about meditation; breathing; understanding your own body and so much more. Practices that I can use and integrate into my daily schedule.
With Covid happening, I was so happy to see that Lynn adapted the classes I use to take with her at a studio, to where I can now take on-line. It is like taking a personal class with her every time.
I first met Lynn when I attended one of her yoga retreats in Galena, IL. I had only done yoga a few times before attending the retreat, so I was unsure what I was getting myself into. Lynn’s teaching made it so myself and the other attendees could not only experience different types of yoga, but learn how to adapt various poses according to what our bodies would allow us to do. I soon realized exactly what I’d been missing out on, and that yoga needed to be a part of my life!
Following the retreat, I joined a Mind and Body Program where Lynn instructed and I took her classes weekly for about a month. Then unfortunately, COVID-19 hit and I was so disappointed I wouldn’t be able to take her classes anymore.
When Lynn decided to start her online business late this summer, I knew right away I wanted to sign up! I take 3-4 classes with her each week and absolutely love them! Her knowledge of yoga practice and the way she delivers each class is what keeps me coming back. She’s even been known to lull me to sleep from time to time during Yoga Nidra or Shavasana :)
