Fitness has been a part of my life for many years beginning with aerobic dance, and eventually incorporating strength training, yoga, and pilates into my teaching schedule. I strive to offer variety in classes and one-on-one training sessions so that clients will get fit – not bored. I also specialize in training clients who are dealing with injuries and chronic health issues, and recently completed a workshop in low back post rehabilitation.

Over the past 15 years, I have been going to Lesley's fitness and dance classes. I am now 63 years old, told by my doctor that I have the heart of a 20 year old, can play "rock horsie (don't ask)" with my grandsons, and stonger than many that I know. Not only have I gained physical health, the enjoyment of others within the class has added greatly to my emotionl health and well being. I can not recommend Lesley's classes higher. Get off that chair and participate.
