I began training with Lea early this year after completing physical therapy for my back. Lea is fantastic to work with, and goes above and beyond to make sure that you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. She's been great at adapting the workouts as I have gotten stronger and have recovered more from my back problems, and ensures that my routines are tailored for me. She's great at changing up the routines to keep it interesting and has gone out of her way to come up with tips to help me improve my form and get more out of my workouts. I have seen impressive results in the short time that I've worked with her. She's a joy to work with and I always look forward to our sessions. I would recommend Lea to anyone.

Lea is excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable and extremely encouraging. She individualizes a workout program so that one's goals are achieved. She is fun to work with even when one is not excited about exercise. She is teaching me to have muscle memory. I am gaining a sense of how to move in space so I do exercises correctly. She has a great personality and I give her 5 stars.

I have trained with Lea. I was impressed with her knowledge of workouts for different sports. She has also provided the information I need to continue with my physical fitness workouts.

I have been training with Lea since July 2011. She always changes up my workouts so I don't get bored. Lea always explains what muscles should be working- the how and why make it easier for me to catch on to certain exercises. Lea always encourages me and gets me to accomplish more than I thought possible! Lea is always willing to go above and beyond to help you reach your goals.

I have recently being training with Lea. Lea is a very smart and an great trainer. Who know how to cater to you goal and also takes her time to get to know and what you want out of your workout. Lea has open my eye to enjoying workout and knowing the correct way to workout without feeling like i want to quit. She alway know what to say to keep you going when you want to stop. I can say if you want a trainer who will give you thier all thats what you get out of Lea. Lea has giving me the formate to be able to somewhat control my diabetes and to be a healther me.
