I have a varied and unique skill set that would allow me to teach and direct a variety of wellness programming. For the past 26 years, I have been very active in almost every facet of physical fitness from teaching yoga, cycle, BodyPump, and Aqua to personal training and wellness coaching. I have become very experienced in the design and implementation of programs related to nutrition education, exercise adherence, and motivation. I truly love this industry and the positive impact each of us can have on the community around us each day. My approach is very natural and Holistic.
