Hi, My name is Avery Lam. I am a Personal Trainer based in Hong Kong. I have been involved in the fitness industry since 2003. In that time, I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of people with all kinds of goals and physical capabilities. Many of my clients have had real success stories and I have learned from each and every one of them. I am also proud to have had a good relationship with everyone that I have worked with. I believe that consistency is the most important aspect to a successful fitness program. It is important to have frequent, small and attainable goals which over time add up to something significant. This accomplishes two things: you safely reach your goals while also making good fitness part of your lifestyle and not just a means to an end.
