I cannot say enough about Kristi, her training, and all that she has done for me. I started training with her a couple of years ago but ended up quitting for health reasons. In January I made a commitment to myself to get stronger and healthier. I started seeing Kristi again. I am eating clean, working out with her twice a week, and staying accountable. She not only is changing my body but also my confidence. I am capable of so much more and she never lets me forget that. No matter how busy I get I always make the time and never skip our workouts. She knows what she is talking about and she walks the walk. I recommend her 100%!

She is amazing! Keeps me motivated, engaged, always mixes it up. And I am someone who hates the gym and working out. But with Kristi I have fun, I feel challenged, but not too wimpy so I don't get discouraged and most of all, I feel healthier. It says something when I am actually looking forward to my session rather than dreading it. The work out is also extremely efficient so you get a lot done in a short time. Also key for me because I run my own business, I travel for work and I have 2 kids. My time is golden. So getting a lot done in short burst of time is not only essential, but keeps me motivated to keep incorporating it into my schedule. I can make it work with my crazy schedule while still doing something for myself that feels good.
