Kristen Lemoine

Kristen Lemoine is the owner of Palm Beach Athletic Wear & Yoga Studio in Juno Beach, Florida. Kristen is a Certified Buti Yoga Teacher and AntiGravity Fitness Instructor with a background in gymnastics and fitness training. Years of gymnastics gave Kristen the understanding of body awareness and discipline, yet Yoga centered all awareness and propelled her into a deeper path. Kristen is trained in Buti Yoga, AntiGravity Fundamentals 1 & 2, AntiGravity AirBarre, AntiGravity Aerial Yoga, Suspension Fitness, AntiGravity Cocooning and AntiGravity Restorative Yoga. Kristen is also a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer since 2010.
