Kelley is a Certified Health Coach, Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise, a Black Ranked TRX Suspension & Rip Trainer Instructor, a STRONG by Zumba Instructor and a Refleksiv Yoga Instructor. As a lifelong fitness fanatic, Kelley focuses on form while keeping the FUN in FUNctional Training. From high school sports to group fitness in college, from physical rehabilitation to obstacle races, Kelley not only has the education but the personal experiences & life lessons that help her relate to & correlate successfully with clients about their wants & needs. From improving golf swings & lacrosse shots to battling Multiple Sclerosis & Arthritis, Kelley's clients cover a broad range of fitness levels. From the "stay at home" parents (oxymoron) & the weekend warriors to the marathon runners & black diamond skiers, TRX Training and functional fitness have helped people to strengthen their bodies & to move better.     Kelley is an BEST TRX fitness instructor I ever worked with. She is very well educated and trained in all TRX training. She modifies any class to fit the levels of the people who attend her classes. She is very encouraging to get everyone to work to the best of their abilities. My experience, she has made me stronger and more confident in my abilities. I am not afraid to try more advance training with her as my instructor. I recommend anyone to try one of her classes.
    She is a wonderful person and trainer.

    Kelly is an AMAZING fitness instructor. She is very well educated and trained in physiology and knows her stuff! She is able to make modifications for those of us with issues, i.e. back, hip, shoulder, knees etc, even for us "older clients" 64 and up!
    She is accommodating to all in the class and remembers all of our complaints. She is able to adjust the class and exercises on the spot and never makes anyone feel they are annoying (which a lot of instructors can't/won't do!). She obviously loves what she does and puts her heart and soul into it.
    Oh, did I mention she is as nice and beautiful as she is patient and trained?
