Katie holds the highly respected American College of Sports Medicine's (ACSM) Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) and also holds the Yoga Alliance's 200-Hour Yoga Certification. Katie incorporates a multitude of training techniques to keep her clients' workouts enjoyable, while still helping them to achieve their goals. Katie's always-evolving programs help keep her clients focused and productive. From women to men, beginners to advanced, young to mature, all of Katie's clients benefit from her belief in a motivated, yet balanced lifestyle. When she is not training or in the gym, Katie enjoys running outdoors, spending time with her husband and two dogs, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
