Kara believes the best way to lose or manage body weight is through balancing calories with physical activity and overall healthy eating patterns. She also believes that meals should include a variety of foods and that no food group should be excluded. Moderation is key. We can continue to eat the foods we love but in smaller portions and less often. It is also possible to personalize your eating style while keeping it balanced and healthy without depriving yourself from cravings you may have. Kara's goal is to show that meal planning can and should be a fun experience.
