Ive grown up around fitness and I love introducing new people to the fitness culture. You have to start somewhere and I will never judge your current fitness level in a negative way. My methods are very positive and supportive. I am very open minded as far as fitness is concerned but we must not stray from the basics to reach our goals. Consistent hard work is what will get us to where we want to be but don't forget to take a rest day here and there.
