As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for over 20 years, I've specialized in working with clients who want to minimize aches and pains and feel better with age so they can enjoy the best years of their lives. Getting older shouldn't mean feeling old. My training specialties include corrective exercise, post rehab, weight management goals with a focus on healthy habits and behavior change as well as nutritional coaching and working with older adults. I'm also trained in yoga and pilates and enjoy using all of my tools so that my clients can get up and down from the floor and get through the day without needing an afternoon nap or pot of coffee.
