My name is Julia Snyder. For almost two decades, I have worked as a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor and wellness coach. I love to move, to learn and to teach:

Yet, my athleticism took on richer meaning when I began to use it as a means of artistic expression, in a variety show called the Tweaksters. The show integrates acrobatic dance, and artistic juggling in a crazy-cool performance designed to tweak and delight audiences of all ages. (www.Tweaksters.com) In the show we manipulate over 18 different props, including each other! It has been thrilling to tour all over the globe with it, as well as teach Fabulous Feats of Physical Fun workshops in schools and gyms.

I have discovered that the rewards of working out, go far beyond the body when you do activities that bring you joy and upliftment. I have found my motivation issues fade, as I participate in activities that whirl my heart wide open. I do what I love….like hoop-dance! The JOY that results, helps to increase my vibration, giving me the fortitude to blast through roadblocks and to stick with it. You've got to stick with it to get results.     I have been taking two different classes from Julia for the past 7 months, cross-fit and hoopboot. Both classes have given me physical and inner strength. The experience and knowledge that Julia has bundled up inside her, and the way she teaches and shares with her students is strong and uplifting. She has great verbal skills and is very encouraging. She is constantly working to learn new routines and movements so her students don’t get bored and are challenged at their own level, (she often has people of different age groups and abilities in one class). She is always observing each one of us during class and reminding us of correct body alignment and informs us on how we can adjust a movement to fit our body issues and abilities. I look forward to each of her classes to see what we will learn next. LL Brown

    Julia has been helping me get in shape for almost 20 years! She is an incredibly knowledgeable and motivating trainer.

    Julia could be dropped in the middle of the Sahara Desert and still find a way to get a hard core workout. Over the years she has guided me through workouts using cardio, weights, yoga, Bosu, exercise balls, circuit training, TRX, roller blades, belly dancing, and most recently hula hooping.

    I highly recommend her as a fitness trainer. Whether you're an athlete training for a race, or, you just spend too much time at a desk and need to get your booty in shape. Julia has the credentials and the experience to guide you to a better you. Go for it!
