Jessica Ederer

Park City, UT 84098

Hello! I'm a huge mobility/movement/posture nerd. Whether you're looking to take your cycling, skiing, running or strength training to the next level (did you know a simple tight hip can inhibit stride length, breathing and ability to generate power?), or whether you're a desk warrior/weekend warrior looking to prevent "text neck" or back pain and weight gain associated with desk jobs, I can help!

I wholeheartedly believe that the aim of health is not just for the sake of health itself, but rather for the sake of shaping you into the best you can be – at your life, your career, your relationships, and maybe even your next triathlon or whatever goals comprise your bucket list. So while I have proven methods that can help you get lean, faster, stronger, slimmer, or better endurance, it's most important to me that we do those things in a practical, efficient, sustainable and safe way.

I specialize in corporate wellness education and sports mobility workshops, but I thrive on any fitness training challenge that comes my way. Based out of Park City, UT, happy to travel. Looking forward to meeting you!

I have known Jessica since her days as a practicing litigator, and even long before she pursued a career in fitness and nutrition, I admired the serious priority she gave to exercise and overall health in her life. That is not easy to maintain in the legal profession, yet Jessica was always a unique resource around the office that others sought out for advice about healthy eating, fitting in workouts, how to exercise most effectively, and managing stress despite the pressures of our careers. I have since hired her as a trainer, and her workouts are varied and great - she tailors the effort to the time available for effective results, never doing the same thing twice. She is not only a first-rate athlete herself, but also an extremely kind person and a natural motivator who continually strives to keep learning and bettering herself and others. She always has a smile on her face, which makes showing up to even tough workouts a pleasure.

Jessica is a fantastic trainer! She is so motivational and positive and is great at reading her clients' abilities and pushing them to go further and try more. She is always changing things up to keep the sessions interesting, and always is educating herself (and therefore her clients) about new ideas and practices. She is able to use her own lifelong experiences with health and fitness to inform her work, while still personalizing her sessions to individual client needs. On top of it all, she is one of the sweetest and most caring people I ever have met. You cannot go wrong having Jess as your trainer!!
