Jenna first found yoga as a moving meditation practice.  Beginning her yogic journey in Cape Town, South Africa while working with the Earthchild Project, Jenna saw the power of yoga and mindfulness to bring peace and calm in a chaotic world.  In an effort to feel more connected, joyful, and whole, Jenna deepened her yoga practice while living in Seattle, eventually completing her 200-hr teacher training from YogaWorks in 2014. Jenna is blessed and proud to share her training lineage with many of today?s yoga leaders, including Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Kathryn Budig and many more.  Jenna?s classes incorporate the YogaWorks method of thoughtful sequencing, safe alignment, and fluid movement.  She also brings humor, lightness, and a sense of dance to her class, encouraging students to explore their own practice with an open heart.  Her main influences include Maty Ezraty, Donna Farhi, and Richard Miller (iRest Yoga Nidra). In addition to teaching yoga, Jenna is an explorer, heading outdoors to backpack or ski whenever she can.  She believes in the power of connecting people to nature to heal both individuals and the planet.  She also loves to paint.
