I'm a senior with physical limitations. J is a very attentive trainer and always explains alternative ways of doing exercises to make sure each student gets an appropriate work out. Her gentle yoga & senior fly gym classes are fun and just challenging enough for a student with my limitations. I know some older people or those who are new to exercising are nervous about starting a training program they think they won't be able to keep up but that's never a problem with J, she starts where you are and gently leads you forward.

J is an amazing instructor. Her yoga classes are very relaxing and I always get a good night's sleep afterward. Her RASA classes are innovative, fun, and full of energy (just like J :)).

I've been a student of J's at Green Tara for 18 mths...she's very dedicated to her class and has an outstanding rapport with her students.
    Plus she's nuts...in a good way!

Jehan is an exceptional fitness instructor. She brings high energy, fun and expertise to every kickboxing class and tailors each move to everyone's fitness level. Jehan is also very inspirational and caring towards her students and you always have a sense of accomplishment after every workout!

J's RASA class took me through a spiritual journey that help shed some light on life experiences that I was unsure about. I was able to express and manifest these through breath, movement and expression. Where else would I be able to do this? It was a liberating experience that enabled me to access my physical nature as I sharpened my mind as well as nourishing my spiritual being. Generally, I feel that there are avenues to practice all three, but rarely if ever at the same time. I've also worked with J on a number of fitness ventures as a fellow fitness professional. J is not your typical certified, entry level trainer that needs to hype up her advertising to make up for a lack of true expertise. She quietly, humbly and relentlessly researches and stays up to date with all areas of fitness and wellness. She is a true expert with a loving passion to help others achieve their full potential through sound and thoroughly explored practice and study. J is the best of the best.
