I am a scholar of the human body.
I help people improve their lives primarily through fitness training and coaching (and plenty of talk therapy), but I use and intellectual and scholastic approach. I did my undergrad work in English Literature, which taught me to analyze a problem, read what other people were saying about it, and synthesize a new solution. Every client presents new problems, a new opportunity to read and study and learn, a new opportunity to generate new ideas and solutions. It’s life-giving for me, and it means my clients end up with the best possible programs for their individual needs--programs that no one else has used, EVER!
I like to think I’m more intelligent than the average trainer, but I am, at the very least, more intellectual.
