I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2004 specializing in exercises for the elderly, high school kids getting back into their sport after injury, and the pre and postnatal patients. I started personal training in 2007 and then took some time off training and working full time to stay home with my kids. I enjoyed running competitively in the past in most distances, but really loved the marathon. I continue to love running, but now do it just as a form of stress relief. I coach fellow runners in distances from the 5k to marathon. I really enjoy helping women find ways to add healthy eating/cooking and fitness into their lives so they can feel their best while balancing their busy schedules.
